If you have membership fee payments (either recurring or installments), all subsequent payments will be automatically canceled.

    2. Click Account, then click Memberships.

    3. Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.

In-Person workshop FAQS

  • As a camper, you will have access to Brand Foundations Online Course, which includes action items like watching recommended videos to ensure you’re familiar with necessary programs and complete any inventory documentation.

Previous campers shared they needed anywhere from 15-30 hours to complete coursework.

You’ll meet 1:1 with strategic communication consultants to ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running.

You can also join our Meet + Greet Virtual Happy Hour for all campers before the event so we can get to know each other!

  • Believe it or not, building and launching your new website and brand can be fun, inspiring, energizing, and efficient. Over the years we have heard so many stories about how it has taken some people up to a year to get their new brand and website launched. But let’s face it, we’ve got businesses to run, and no one has a year to spend trying to get that website up and launched!

This is exactly what inspired our four-day workshop process. From the creative research process, to defining your look, to new headshots, to launching your website, we know exactly what it takes for you to be able to launch your brand in four days flat! And over the course of the workshop, we’re bringing our best to work for you and help you every step of the way.

What does that look like? We will sit with you and help you create the look you desire and visualize, and have designers on call (including ourselves) ready to help you. One of the best parts about this process is that you will leave knowing exactly how to update, tweak, and change your website ON YOUR OWN, without having to pay out of pocket for a web firm to update each little thing. Plus, you’ll leave with an email strategy, a library of social media content, and a new set of marketing tools and tactics to bring to your business.

  • We hope it will be a perfect combination of both.

But for the most part, we’re here to work and we’re creating a fun environment where that can happen.

Camp headquarters have set hours of 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. You’re also welcome to work on your own time in your cabin.

  • If you’re registering a business parter who will be working along side you on the same brand, contact us prior to registering to secure a discount code.

Discount will vary based on registration preference, spouses preferring to share a bed, etc.

  • Due to the nature of our events, no refunds will be given for cancellations.

However, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else. Please contact us with the new attendee’s information at least one week prior to the event. Transfer of funds for your registration is your responsibility.

  • If you need special services, please contact us before purchasing a registration to ensure we are able to accommodate your needs.

  • We chose Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee specifically because of the accommodations we were able to secure for our guests who choose “w/ accommodations” registration — which we’re pretty excited about.

If you register “w/ accommodations” you will be housed in a cottage or cabin within walking distance to the primary event space. We’ve reserved enough space so everyone can have their own bed.

If a private bedroom with a non-shared bathroom is preferred, please choose “w/o accommodations” at checkout and secure lodging in the beautiful Leiper’s Fork area.

Know part of the fun of the workshop is the camaraderie with other campers.

If you’re traveling with a spouse/business partner and wish to share accommodations, please let us know at checkout.

If you’re traveling with a business partner and would like a double room, please let us know at checkout.
